Doctors update

So we went to the doctors today. I'm dialated 3 cm. Though after stating that I would like to be done being pregnant now she decided to try and help me out. So it's a very good possibility that we will be having our little bundle of joy either tonight or tomorrow. Keep us in your prayers!

The Last Baby Shower!

We had the last baby shower this weekend! We got so many cute things for the little one and had a blast. Including:

A very cute dress that looks like it goes in Strawberry Shortcake's closet, plus a handmade blanket, some adorable bibs with cross stitch on them and another cute outfit from Grandma Mac...

Mom read some pretty cool verses and had some good parenting insight (Mom our ever present family counselor, LOVE YOU!)

We sat outside in the awesome weather telling funny stories eating some grub...

And another stylish outfit from Aunt joyce, a play thing from Gramma B along with a diaper genie with a bunch of wipes and such.

All around it was really great. I had a great time, had some tasty food. Everyone got to see embarrassing baby pictures of me from when I was the michelin baby. We played baby bingo. Everyone decided that mom should add baby shower setup kits to the many things created by Cooks Creations. Briar Patch here we come Mom! I had a great time, thank you to everyone who helped and was a part of our party. I can't wait to use all of my fun stuff on Shelby.

Ultrasound

We are now on weekly doctors appointments now. Monday we went in and the doctor decided it would be good to see just about how big this baby is. : ) So I went in this morning for an ultrasound. The first thing the nurse doing it noticed was the full head of hair on our little one! So we will not be having a bald baby come out apparently. Too bad they can't tell what color it will be. They did a lot of scanning and measuring. Everything looks really great and healthy. They are estimating that right now she is about 6lbs 2-3 oz. Obviously they can't be 100% accurate but it's still nice to know around how big she will be. We have our last baby shower on Wednesday, so we've decided that Sunday would be a really good day to go into labor. Now whether that will happen or not, who knows. But we're available : ) Well that's all for now. Our next appointment is on Monday. So I'll keep you updated on how everything goes this weekend.
